Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with Java for a long-term banking sector project. You will contribute toSalesforce platform solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, focusing on integration, automation, and performance.

You will work with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP integrations, collaborating with architects, admins, and business analysts to deliver robust, scalable CRM solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years designing and developing on Salesforce platform.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud.
• Good knowledge of Java and Apex, including triggers and async Apex.
• Experience delivering projects for banking/financial sector.
• Experience with LWC, Lightning Aura Components, and LDS.
• Experience with SOQL and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Teradata).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with REST/SOAP and middleware.
• English fluent for international collaboration; Polish language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, admins, business analysts, and project teams.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP API and messaging queues.
• Contribute to Salesforce solution architecture design and best practices.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with Java to join a long-term project in the banking sector, related to the implementation of new functionalities and the maintenance of existing solutions within the corporate CRM. You will work in a team focused on the development and optimization of solutions based on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Your tasks

• Development and maintenance of solutions based on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other components of the Salesforce ecosystem)
• Analysis of business and technical requirements and translating them into effective system solutions
• Designing and implementing backend and frontend solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integration technologies
• Creating, developing, and deploying new functionalities according to business requirements and Salesforce platform standards
• Optimizing existing processes, automation, and performance of Salesforce applications
• Ensuring high code quality by applying good programming practices, unit tests, and participating in code reviews
• Collaborating with architects, Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and project teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP API, Platform Events, and middleware
• Participating in the design of Salesforce solution architecture and recommending best platform practices

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Good knowledge of Java
• Experience in delivering projects for the banking or financial sector
• Practical knowledge of Apex, including creating triggers, batch classes, and solutions based on Async Apex
• Previous experience in creating user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura Components, and Lightning Data Service (LDS)
• Strong knowledge of SOQL and experience working with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Teradata)
• Experience in designing and implementing integrations using REST API, communication platforms, and message queues (RMQ)
• Familiarity with tools supporting the development and maintenance of applications, such as OpenShift, Elastic, and Zabbix
• Practical experience in modeling and automating business processes using Salesforce Flow
• Knowledge of ETL tools and processes and data integration between Salesforce and external systems
• Communicative knowledge of English enabling work in an international environment
• Advanced knowledge of Polish

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python
• Possession of Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and/or Salesforce JavaScript Developer certification
