Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Spanish (C2) required.
• Excellent knowledge of English (B2) required.
• Willingness to work from the office at least 30% of the time.
• Experience in a Contact Center is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new hire warranty sales and product/process training and sales execution training.
• Provide individual coaching and performance improvement plans.
• Analyze conversion rates and identify objection patterns and sales gaps.
• Keep training materials updated with market insights and share best practices across markets.
