Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. in Poland is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist sales teams using the EASY tool, resolve system issues, and create user guides. The role involves maintaining the knowledge base, testing features, coordinating user testing, and preparing release notes.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B1).
• Customer service experience and software business experience.
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Good knowledge of business and process analysis, sales processes and sales channel specifics.
• Strong technical understanding and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with demanding customers.
• Willingness to work on occasional weekends (about four days per year).

Responsibilities

How you will get the job done

• supporting sales teams in using the sales tool (EASY) and related tools by phone and in writing
• helping users solve system and process-related issues
• creating and updating user guides, FAQs, and support documentation
• maintaining the knowledge base and sharing best practices
• testing new system features and updates before release
• coordinating user testing activities and gathering feedback
• preparing release notes and communicating system changes
• managing training environments and supporting user training sessions

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in German (C1) and English (B1)
• customer service experience, software business experience
• at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
• good knowledge of business and process analysis, sales processes and sales channel specifics
• strong technical understanding and analytical skills
• excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with demanding customers
• willingness to work on occasional weekends (approximately four days per year)
