Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S), part of Munich Re and ERGO Group, offers back-office IT and insurance processing in Warsaw and Gdansk.

We are hiring for a role that records insurance documents, interprets and classifies German-language papers, and handles related processing tasks in a supportive SSC environment. Requirements include a university degree and English and German at least B1 level, plus attention to detail and service orientation.

Qualifications

• Good command of English (B1) and German (B1).
• High attention to detail and ability to analyse and check data accuracy.
• High motivation and task orientation.
• Service and customer orientation.
• University degree.
• Experience in shared service environment, insurance industry, especially German insurance.
• Basic knowledge of health and composite insurance sectors.

Responsibilities

• Recording of various insurance documents in the company’s data processing system.

• Managing other back-office activities.
