Hikvision Poland in Gdańsk (with onboarding in Warsaw) is offering a Sales Support Intern position. You will assist the Sales and Technical teams, contact customers, prepare materials, and help organize events.

English proficiency and basic MS Office skills are expected as you learn and grow in a dynamic, international environment. The role emphasizes proactive teamwork, development opportunities, and long-term cooperation within Hikvision, with an initial three-month onboarding/training period

Qualifications

• You are interested in sales and business development.
• You have good communication and organizational skills.
• You are willing to learn and develop new skills.
• You are proactive and a good team player.
• You speak English well, both written and spoken.
• You have basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Nice to have: Category B driving license.

Responsabilités

• Support the Technical and Sales Team in daily commercial activities.
• Assist in contacting customers and business partners.
• Help prepare sales presentations, offers and other materials.
• Support the organization of sales and marketing events.
• Collect and update customer and market information.
• Prepare simple reports and update sales databases.
• Cooperate with the Technical and Sales Team on day-to-day tasks.
