Responsibilities

Respond to basic issues via ticketing systems, email, chat, or phone following service guidelines.
Assist with user account setup, system access, and basic configurations.
Diagnose and document common software, system, and access-related problems.
Collaborate with senior team members to escalate complex issues.
Support testing and deployment activities for software updates.
Monitor system alerts and report potential issues to the team.
Identify recurring problems and support improvement initiatives.
Assist onboarding with access setup and basic user training.
