Job summary

DSV Air & Sea SAU in Poland is seeking a driven sales professional to lead the active sale of domestic and international road transport services. You will acquire and service DSV customers in the Pomeranian and Kuyavian-Pomeranian voivodeships, and provide expert consultancy on logistics solutions.

The role requires strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, fluency in Polish and English, and a customer‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience acquiring and servicing large customers.
• Strong knowledge of the Transport, Forwarding and Logistics market.
• Polish and English proficiency for business communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Category B driving license.

Responsibilities

• Active sale of domestic and international road transport services.
• Acquire and service DSV customers in the Pomeranian and Kuyavian-Pomeranian voivodeships.
• Provide professional consultancy in logistics services to customers.
• Conduct trade negotiations.
