Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Quality Analyst to work across our sales teams, ensuring quality and compliance of all interactions. You will review calls, emails, and chats, score them, and provide actionable feedback to agents to drive improvements.

Collaborating with sales trainers, you’ll help create best-practice guides and support regular training sessions to raise overall quality and performance across the global sales network.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Great quality score results.
• Exemplary diligence and integrity.
• Solid interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the quality and compliance of all sales interactions, including reviewing and scoring phone calls, emails, and related chats.
• Provide feedback to agents based on their quality score and results.
• Work with sales trainers to produce best-practice guides and facilitate regular training.
