Job summary

Coca-Cola HBC in Warsaw is seeking an experienced BI Analyst to provide insights and automated reporting solutions driving sales growth and improved customer satisfaction.

You will design reports and dashboards using Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Azure, build robust data models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely analytics.

Candidates should have 2+ years in sales data analysis, English fluency, and a strong grasp of data integrity and automation.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Economic/Technical/Business Intelligence/Quantitative Methods.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI (DAX), Power Pivot, Power Query, and SQL.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales data analysis.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
• Russian language proficiency is nice to have.

Provide valuable insights and reports that support decision-making processes within the organization. Creating automated, efficient reporting solutions and analytical models that enable quick and accurate business decisions. Ensure data quality, optimize analytical processes, and contribute to the organization's growth by leveraging advanced BI tools such as Power BI, DAX, Power Automate, advanced Excel.

MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze business data and create actionable insights by designing and developing reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, DAX, Excel.
• Automation of Reporting Processes: Automate the generation of reports and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort, searching for improvements/implementation of innovations and automation in the field of reporting
• Data Modeling & Data Integrity: Build and maintain data models, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across various systems and reports.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, to understand business requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions and to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Advanced Data Querying: Query and extract data from various sources, ensuring timely and accurate analysis.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Higher education or in progress (Economic, Technical, Business Intelligence, Quantitative Methods)
• Advanced knowledge of modern reporting tools: MS Power BI (DAX), Power Pivot, Power Query, SQL
• Min. 2 years of experience in the field of sales data analysis
• Fluent proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Russian - nice to have

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Business Intelligence Tools: Expertise in Power BI, including report/dashboard creation, data modeling, and DAX formulas; proficiency in Power Automate for automating workflows and reporting processes.
• Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills in working with large datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
• Database Management: Advanced knowledge of tools for querying databases, creating efficient queries, and data manipulation.
• Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in using Azure for data storage, processing, and analytics, including familiarity with Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Database.
• Data Visualization: Skilled in designing and delivering interactive and impactful visualizations to present data insights effectively.
• Data Modeling: Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and the ability to create robust data structures for analysis. Experience in data analysis, automation, and integration of various data sources.
• Automation: Experience in automating repetitive tasks and processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort through tools like Power Automate.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex data challenges, identify solutions, and implement them effectively.
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new tools, techniques, and technologies and apply them to business needs.

We offer competitive employment conditions. Candidates who meet the requirements can expect a monthly base gross salary from 11400 PLN gross. The final base pay level offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
