Job summary

Mars in Warsaw is seeking a Global Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager in a hybrid role (up to 50% remote). You will lead market research and insights sourcing, partnering with Marketing to unlock value and cost efficiencies across regional and global scopes.

You will own contracts, drive category strategy, mentor teammates, and collaborate with senior leaders to align procurement with business priorities. Fluent English and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business/Procurement or related field.
• 8–10 years procurement/commercial experience in multinational environments.
• 2–5+ years in senior leadership with global exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Marketing services, including market research and insights.
• Own regional and global contracts with marketing agencies to secure favorable pricing and SLAs.
• Lead stakeholder partnerships with senior marketing leaders to align sourcing with business needs.
• Provide market and financial insights to drive category expertise and procurement decisions.
• Mentor team members and contribute to building a high-performing Commercial team.
