As our Sales Manager - Eastern Europe, you will be responsible for maximizing order intake, sales and customer satisfaction with a primary focus on MR, CT and Ultrasound, while developing and optimizing customer relationships and ensuring long‑term profitability across a defined number of accounts in Eastern Europe.
You will operate at multiple levels within the accounts' organizations, including at executive level. You will contribute to local marketing and product‑marketing plans, prepare and execute annual account plans, and support the creation and implementation of regional sales strategies, including sales plans, forecasts and achievement of targets. You will also collaborate with channel partners where required.
You will maintain accurate data in Salesforce, conduct win and loss analysis, analyse customer expectations, the market, competition and trends, and report customer feedback. You will coordinate resources, ensure quotations are based on solutions and configurations compliant with specifications validated by the business, work closely with operations, marketing teams and product specialists, and participate in trade shows, on‑site demonstrations and presentations. You will also develop and maintain a professional network, gain market information and knowledge to obtain and maintain targeted market shares across assigned product categories, and work within additional markets when required.
