Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions, on behalf of our global chemical manufacturing client, seeks a high-potential Sales Development Manager to build and grow a territory through consultative selling and strong relationship management.

During the first 12–24 months you will focus on building your territory and developing coaching capability, then assume leadership duties to recruit, train, and coach new Sales Representatives as you progress.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B sales experience and track record of exceeding targets.
• Ability to influence and build strong customer relationships.
• Experience mentoring or coaching others is desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business within your assigned territory.
• Build and grow a strong, profitable customer base.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, warm and cold calling.
• Demonstrate consultative selling techniques and forecast effectively.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Become an expert in the company’s sales methodology.
