TIENS Group in Poland seeks an experienced Sales & Training Specialist to develop and execute sales strategies for the local market and to support distributors in planning, performance monitoring, and network expansion.

You will design and deliver training on product knowledge, sales skills, and compensation structures, create engaging materials, and build strong partner relationships. Travel for events and workshops is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, training, or distributor management (Direct-Selling/ Network Marketing experience required).
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and support distributors in a performance-driven environment.
• Excellent communication in local language and English.
• Proficient in digital training platforms (Zoom, Teams), Microsoft Office, and basic marketing tools.
• Willingness to travel for events, distributor meetings, and training workshops.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the local market to achieve targets.
• Support distributors in sales planning, performance monitoring, and network expansion.
• Design and deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales skills, and compensation plans.
• Create training materials, presentations, and digital content aligned with company standards.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, leaders, and key partners.
• Organize field visits, leadership meetings, workshops, and online training sessions.
• Plan and coordinate sales events, seminars, and team-building activities across markets.
• Ensure high-quality execution of training events both online and offline.
• Work closely with marketing, customer service, finance, and HQ teams for smooth operations.
• Provide market feedback for product, training, and promotional improvements.
