Your Role

• Call warm leads and spark engaging conversations
• Qualify potential clients based on a short script
• Build trust and rapport—no hard selling involved
• Set appointments or pass on details to our Closer team
• Keep notes updated and organised

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in phone‑based sales or customer service, ideally in high‑ticket or warm caller roles.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self‑motivated, and results‑driven without being pushy.
• Consistent track record of meeting KPIs or conversion goals.
• Able to work independently, manage pipelines, and follow up professionally.
• Organised, reliable, and comfortable working from home.
• Clear, friendly Aussie or neutral English accent.
