Job summary

Recruitify - the ATS/CRM built by recruiters, for recruiters. We’re seeking a hungry outbound sales professional who can open doors to recruitment agencies, staffing firms, software houses and HR teams. You’ll own the pipeline, run cold calls, LinkedIn prospecting and aim to book qualified demos.

You communicate in Polish and English, love data and CRM discipline, and thrive in a fast-growing, fully remote environment with flexible hours and potential for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Experience selling to agencies, HR tech, recruitment or IT services.
• Confidence in outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
• Fluency in Polish and English for business communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage a self-created sales pipeline targeting agencies and HR teams.
• Initiate contact, qualify opportunities, and move deals toward close.
• Book demos by coordinating with the team and prospects.
• Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and progression of opportunities.
• Meet or exceed outbound sales targets in a fully remote setup.
