Boehringer Ingelheim Business Services Poland is seeking a S2P Direct Specialist to support Source to Pay processes for global users and suppliers. You will contribute to process optimization and training, acting as a 1st level contact for external vendors and internal BI teams.

The role requires German and English at least B2 level and at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in customer service. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working arrangements.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German (min. B2) and English (min. B2) with at least 2 years in customer service or contact center.
• Completed higher education.
• Focus on high-quality customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for the Source to Pay process from order creation to payment.
• Assist and answer queries from global user community related to invoices and purchase orders.
• Provide training on how to use the WeBuy Purchasing Tool (SAP Ariba).
• Be the main contact for external suppliers - 1st level support.
• Process requests in ServiceNow.
• Process incoming queries (via phone, MS Teams or e-mail) from BI employees and suppliers globally.
• Analyze system mistakes and report them to the admin teams.
