You will assist global users and suppliers, train teams on SAP Ariba, and act as the main contact for external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Source to Pay from order creation to payment.
• Answer queries from global users and suppliers regarding invoices and purchase orders.
• Provide training on using the WeBuy Purchasing Tool (SAP Ariba).
• Serve as the main contact for external suppliers - 1st level support.
• Process requests in ServiceNow.
• Handle incoming queries via phone, MS Teams, or email from BI employees and suppliers globally.
• Analyze system mistakes and report them to admin teams.

YOU WILL

• Providing support for the Source to Pay process, from order creation to payment
• Assisting and answering queries from the global user community related to invoices and purchase orders
• Providing training on how to use the WeBuy Purchasing Tool (SAP Ariba)
• Being the main contact for external suppliers - 1st level support
• Processing requests in ServiceNow
• Processing incoming queries (via phone call, MS Teams, or e-mail) from BI employees as well as suppliers globally
• Analyzing system mistakes and reporting them to the admin teams

YOU NEED

• Fluent in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
• Have at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in customer service or a contact center.
• Focus on high-quality customer service
• Any additional European language (especially Italian) would be a great advantage
