Job summary

Kruko, a software house building mobile and web apps, is seeking a Ruby on Rails and Python Developer. You will design, develop, and maintain backend services in RoR and Python, optimize performance, and ensure clean, well-documented code.

Join an international team in Poland, collaborate with project teams to define requirements, implement new technologies, and contribute to product delivery. English at least B2 level is expected, and development opportunities await.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails in production environments.
• 4+ years of experience with Python, preferably with a solid knowledge of Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
• Hands-on production experience developing and deploying multi-agent applications.
• Knowledge of SDKs of popular LLM providers.
• Solid experience with relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Experience with version control systems, especially Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and workflows.
