Job summary

Kruko is looking for a Python Developer to build scalable AI-enabled applications and data pipelines in Poland. You will work on Django, Flask, or FastAPI, integrating AI/ML models and NLP features while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You should have solid Python experience, familiarity with ML libraries, ML deployment tools, and good English. The role supports flexible remote-friendly culture and growth within international projects.

Qualifications

• Solid Python development experience in data-centric or AI projects.

• Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Google, Azure, Groq).
• Understanding data processing and model lifecycle management.
• Experience with microservices and databases.

Join our team as a Python Developer at Kruko, a software house specializing in the creation of mobile and web applications tailored to the specific needs of our clients. We deliver innovative programming projects that support and modernize business operations in Poland and around the world.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications (Django, Flask, FastAPI) with a focus on integrating AI/ML solutions.
  
• Build and fine-tune machine learning models, APIs, and AI-driven features for real-world applications.
  
• Work on projects involving natural language processing (NLP), predictive analytics, and data-driven automation.
  
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines (Celery, Celery Flower, Redis/RabbitMQ).
  
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of AI-enabled systems.
  
• Collaborate with project teams to understand business needs and translate them into smart, automated solutions.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  
• Debug, test (pytest), and continuously improve existing applications.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest AI tools, frameworks, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Solid Python development experience, ideally in data-centric or AI-related projects.
  
• Knowledge of AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
  
• Familiarity with APIs from leading LLM providers (OpenAI, Google, Azure, Groq, etc.).
  
• Understanding of data processing, feature engineering, and model lifecycle management.
  
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and design patterns.
  
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
  
• Proficiency in Git or other version control systems.
  
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
  
• Good English skills (minimum B2 level).
• Understanding of unit and functional testing principles.
• Independent workflow organisation

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI model deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Knowledge of cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI).
  
• Exposure to MLOps or CI/CD for machine learning workflows.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or basic frontend concepts.
