Senior .NET Developer / Team Leader

That’s the role for a senior developer combined with a leadership role — you both write code and support the team’s growth while coordinating project work.

Responsibilities

• develop and enhance applications using .NET / .NET Core (C#).
• design and implement REST APIs.
• work with databases (SQL, EF Core).
• participate in architecture design, code and performance optimization.
• maintain and develop existing system modules.
• provide substantive support to the team, conduct code reviews, mentor.
• task planning, estimations, backlog prioritization.
• maintain high quality standards and best practices.
• collaboration with the Project Manager, frontend team, and clients.
• influence the technological direction of projects and work standards.

Requirements Must-have
