Job summary

Kruko is seeking a Senior .NET Developer / Team Leader to code and guide a growing team on enterprise projects. You will design RESTful services, optimize performance, and collaborate with international clients and frontend teams to shape technical direction.

The role combines hands-on development with leadership responsibilities, mentoring colleagues and driving best practices across projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in .NET / .NET Core.
• Strong knowledge of C#, web app architecture and design patterns.
• Proficient in SQL, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ.
• Experience in team-based software development (SCRUM/Kanban).
• Ability to conduct code reviews and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication, independence, and ownership.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 (working with international clients).
• Experience as a leader/tech lead and knowledge of microservice architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance applications using .NET / .NET Core (C#).

• Participate in architecture design and performance optimization.

Senior .NET Developer / Team Leader

That’s the role for a senior developer combined with a leadership role — you both write code and support the team’s growth while coordinating project work.

Responsibilities

• develop and enhance applications using .NET / .NET Core (C#).

• provide substantive support to the team, conduct code reviews, mentor.

Requirements Must-have

• Minimum 7 years of experience in .NET / .NET Core.
