Join our team as a Ruby on Rails/ Python Developer at Kruko, a software house specializing in creating mobile and web applications tailored to the needs of our clients. We execute innovative programming projects that facilitate and modernize business operations in Poland and worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications in RoR and Python
• Optimizing applications for performance and scalability.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborating with the project team to define requirements and design solutions.
• Testing, debugging, and maintaining existing code.
• Researching and implementing new technologies to continuously improve products.
• Good command of English - minimum level B2

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails in production environments
• 4+ years of experience with Python, preferably with a solid knowledge of Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and integration
• Hands-on production experience developing and deploying multi-agent applications
• Knowledge of SDKs of popular LLM providers
• Solid experience with relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Experience with version control systems, especially Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience with vector databases.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Interest in DevOps and CI/CD automation.
• Proficient in frontend technologies (React, Vue, or similar)
