Job summary

Voodoo in Warsaw is seeking a seasoned Game Designer who loves RPG/mobile experiences and will drive the creative and technical quality of a promising prototype. You will own design pipelines, balance, pacing, and collaboration with UI/UX, gameplay logic, and performance teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in game development, 3+ years as a designer, and strong English communication. AI-assisted tooling and rapid prototyping are part of the workflow.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in game development and 3+ years as a game designer.
• Experience on mobile games, F2P or RPG.
• Experience in designing LiveOps for a live product is a huge plus.
• Strong communication in English and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear, cohesive design pipeline.
• Pitch and implement big features, deconstruct into components.
• Own game balancing, pacing, and feel.
• Back up ideas with available data points.
• Deconstruct and analyze mobile game mechanics.
• Contribute to UI, UX, game logic, performance, etc.
