Voodoo in Warsaw seeks a Product Specialist for a newly established internal studio. You will design, test, and refine features to keep players engaged, working with engineers and artists to bring ideas to life and optimize the core gameplay loop.

You will analyze player data and run A/B tests to validate decisions, balancing difficulty and progression while staying current on hybrid-casual and midcore trends. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional game design or related mobile gaming role.
• Passion for midcore and hybrid-casual games with understanding of engagement.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven design decisions.
