Qualifications

• Experience in a courier/logistics role.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

• Familiar with city topography.

• Able to make independent decisions and work under pressure.
• Open to shift work.

Responsibilities

• Assign parcels to couriers based on optimal routes and delivery priorities to ensure efficient service.
• Consider traffic, weather conditions, and regional specifics when planning courier routes.
• Respond promptly to delays, delivery issues, and unforeseen situations to minimize operational disruptions.
• Resolve current operational challenges, such as vehicle breakdowns or issues with recipient availability.
• Cooperate with the warehouse team to ensure parcels are prepared and ready for shipping on time.
• Propose improvements in the organization of courier work to enhance efficiency and service quality.
