Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign shipments to couriers based on optimal routes and delivery priorities.
• Plan courier routes considering traffic, weather and regional specifics.
• Respond quickly to delays and delivery issues to minimize disruptions.
• Resolve ongoing operational issues like vehicle breakdowns or recipient availability.
• Cooperate with the warehouse team to prepare shipments for dispatch.
• Propose improvements to courier work organization to increase efficiency.
