Qualifications

• Experience in a similar courier role.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Understanding of city topography (Łódź and surroundings).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign shipments to couriers based on routes and delivery priorities.
• Consider traffic, weather, and regional specifics when planning routes.
• Respond quickly to delays and delivery problems to minimize disruptions.
• Resolve ongoing operational issues like vehicle breakdowns or recipient availability.
• Cooperate with warehouse team to ensure shipments are prepared for dispatch on time.
• Propose improvements to courier work organization to boost efficiency and service quality.
