Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Customer Financial Services Specialist to lead end-to-end process improvements, optimize invoicing and financial operations, and drive system innovations. You will work with internal stakeholders and BPO vendors to enhance efficiency and ensure quality across revenue operations.

The role focuses on setting up efficient processes, leading audits, and partnering with IT to implement upgrades and new tools that align with FedEx’s business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services operations and/or process improvement, or related roles.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with experience in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance expertise.
• Strong communication skills to manage vendor relationships and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Process Leadership: Analyze and refine financial processes to enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Vendor Oversight: Collaborate with BPO vendors to ensure performance standards and policies.
• System Optimization: Identify opportunities for system improvements and automation for invoicing and financial services.
• Implementation Improvements: Oversee new processes, systems, and tools with BPO vendors and drive adoption.
• Revenue Services Support: Ensure Revenue Services is set up and operating smoothly; monitor invoicing workflows.
• Continuous Innovation: Introduce new ideas, tools, or methodologies to improve efficiency.
