Job summary

FedEx is seeking an Ops Service, Quality and Process Associate/Snr Specialist to join a newly formed European Global Trade Service department overseeing IT, PL and PT. You will analyze root causes, lead quality initiatives and work with customs clearance teams to improve service.

The role requires strong problem solving, IT affinity, proactive leadership and a university degree. PM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with IT affinity.
• Proactive and able to influence change within cross-functional teams.
• Structured, process-driven thinker with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication across all organizational levels.
• Experience in various operational fields, especially customs clearance.
• Leadership skills to drive projects; PM certification preferred (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP).

Responsibilities

• Root cause analysis using dashboards or data queries.
• Lead and manage quality and process-improvement initiatives for customs clearance objectives.
• Collaborate with local customs clearance ops, Planning, Engineering, Compliance and Regulatory to improve service.
• Ensure alignment with strategic quality objectives and operational standards.
• Support programs/projects across regions with multiple departments.
