Job summary

Droids On Roids is seeking a Finance Operations Specialist to own day-to-day financial processes, including invoicing, payments, and data integrity. You will work with our external accounting partners and drive process improvements in a collaborative, IT-enabled environment.

The role requires 2+ years in finance or accounting, strong accounting knowledge, ERP experience, and excellent Excel abilities. Hybrid work with office presence required in Wroclaw; Polish and English proficiency are

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in finance, accounting or related roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles (AP/AR, invoicing, payments).
Experience with financial systems / ERP / workflow platforms and online banking.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, filters, pivot tables).
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
Proactive ownership mindset and willingness to improve processes.
Strong communication and collaboration with external partners and internal teams.
Willingness to work from the office when needed (hybrid up to 3 days/week).
Polish native; English min B1.

Responsibilities

Daily finance operations: issuing sales invoices, monitoring payments, processing invoices.
Coordinate with external accounting partners and ensure timely month-end data.
Identify process inefficiencies and propose or implement improvements.
Support ad-hoc financial tasks as needed.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity across finance workflows.
