Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to transform end-to-end processes across Operations, Technology, Regulatory, and Compliance. You will analyze, map, redesign, and implement scalable solutions to improve productivity, efficiency, and service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in process engineering or BPM, a degree in Industrial/Process Engineering or related field, and hands-on experience with Lean/Six Sigma, Power BI, and Visio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or MSc in Industrial/Process Engineering or related.
• 5+ years in Process Engineering, BPM, Continuous Improvement, or Transformation programs.
• Proven ability to map, analyze, redesign, and optimize end-to-end processes.
• Experience in regulated environments with governance and risk management.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills; knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Visio, and Power BI; SQL knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and redesign end-to-end business processes to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Compliance, and Business teams to identify improvements.
• Develop future-state process designs and support system implementations.
• Translate business needs into effective process and system solutions.
• Ensure processes are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Drive operational excellence and service delivery improvements.
