Frontiers in Warsaw are seeking a Research Integrity Specialist to safeguard the credibility of global science. You will investigate complex cases, gather evidence, and collaborate with authors, editors and institutions to resolve issues before production.

You will stay informed about the latest developments in research integrity, help shape ethical guidelines and training, and report regularly to the Research Integrity Manager.

Qualificações

• Experience in research integrity or publication ethics.
• Ability to conduct investigations and document evidence.
• Collaboration with editors, authors and institutions.
• Wollows stay updated on ethics developments and guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Autonomy in problem solving with input on strategy and OKRs.
• Conduct submission checks for ethics and quality before peer review.
• Collaborate with authors, editors and institutions to resolve issues before production.
• Address post-publication investigations and liaise with relevant teams.
• Gather and document evidence related to ethical breaches.
• Develop and maintain training materials; contribute to guidelines.
• Stay informed about ethics and policy developments; propose improvements.
• Provide regular updates to the Research Integrity Manager.
