Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote Investigator Support Assistant to join our Poland team. You will manage communications with investigator sites and sponsors, track laboratory results, and ensure timely updates to the database while supporting global processes and patient safety.

Fluency in English and German is required along with strong organizational and communication skills. The role follows a 10:00–19:00 CET schedule, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school degree is required.
• 6 months or more of experience in customer service.
• College or university degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Notify investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results and related flags and test cancellations as defined in the SOW.
• Monitor, track, and resolve accession holds and inform the Supervisor/Project Manager of delays.
• Update the database with information and inform personnel of additional testing needs.
• Support sites and sponsors with project-related questions via phone and email.
• Adhere to management communications, meetings, and SOPs; support global processes and procedures.
