Job summary

Hitachi Energy Poland seeks a Workplace Investigator to join Europe Integrity. You will handle investigations from intake to closure, coordinating with legal, HR, and integrity teams across regions, including data collection, interviews, and reporting.

The role requires experience in investigations, a background in Law/HR/Audit, and fluent English. Occasional travel up to 10% and strong judgment are expected within a demanding, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate/workplace investigations.
• Background in Law, HR or Audit.
• Fluency in both written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations from intake to closure.
• Interview witnesses, whistleblowers and subjects and prepare reports.
• Support integrity program and improve internal controls.
