Overview

Forge&Frost HR Consulting for a company providing comprehensive solutions in the DaaS model aimed at leading companies in the IT industry is looking for a candidate for the position:

Requirements Engineer

Location: Wroclaw / hybrid work

Salary: 6 000 - 8 500 gross UoP

Responsibilities

• Analyse requirements and improve business processes in order to adapt them to existing structures
• Design and implement solutions together with our teams to create a highly automated Service Delivery platform

Qualifications

• Fluent English (daily work conducted mainly in English)
• Basic understanding of software development process and methodology
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, ability to focus on the big picture as well as the details (i.e. separation of requirements, breakdown structures)
• Ability to define requirements and create user stories
• Skill in creating business process documentation including diagrams
• Knowledge of collaboration and documentation tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro)
• Previous experience in related areas (Business Process Engineering)
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness to spend some days in one of our Locations in Russia, Germany or Poland (delegations possible, but not certain for everyone)
• Nice to have: Qualification in a related field
• Experience in software development and/or service delivery
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking
