Job summary

HeadHR in Wrocław, Poland, invites a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop and implement solutions across applications, architecture and infrastructure. You will translate requirements into tested, maintainable code and help shape technology choices.

With 8+ years in software engineering, you will mentor teammates, collaborate with global teams and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in software engineering, including design, development, testing and implementation of complex solutions.
• Ability to modify software across platforms for compatibility, performance and security.
• Strong understanding of systems architecture, application infrastructure and software development lifecycle.
• Clear communication and experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
