Responsibilities

• Define key analytics requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, IT, Master Data, etc.)
• Develop analytical models that enable data-driven decision making
• Provide information and recommendations to management
• Build Atotech's global network and trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
• Assist in identifying areas for change within the company

Requirements and skills

• University degree (preferably in natural sciences, engineering, mathematics, computer science, administration, economics)
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience
• Highly developed communication skills to gather information, present results, and foster collaboration
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel (other analytical tools will be an asset)
• Experience working in an international and cross-cultural environment
• Fluent in spoken and written English (German would be an asset)
