Job summary

ELEKS is seeking a proactive professional to join our client project in the LegalTech domain. You will analyze product functionality, document dependencies, and prepare development-ready user stories, acting as a bridge between Product and Engineering teams.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and minimize ambiguous gaps. With 1–2 years in related roles and a solid understanding of APIs, databases, and SDLC, you will contribute to

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in one of: Technical Business Analyst or Junior Software Engineer aiming for Product Management.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and software architecture basics.
• Ability to use AI tools for code and documentation analysis.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum processes.
• Ability to investigate dependencies and impacts across a product.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product functionality, configuration dependencies, documentation, and code-level behavior before development begins.
• Support Product Managers in refining requirements and preparing development-ready user stories.
• Investigate product dependencies, identify potential impacts of changes, and provide recommendations to the team.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
• Act as a bridge between Product and Engineering teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment.
• Reduce clarification cycles during development by proactively addressing gaps and ambiguities in requirements.
• Contribute to improving the quality, completeness, and consistency of product documentation and user stories.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years in one of the following: Technical Business Analyst/Junior Software Engineer interested in Product Management
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and software architecture basics
• Ability to use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, MCP-based tools) for code and documentation analysis
• Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum processes
• Ability to investigate dependencies and impacts across a product
• Advanced level of English
