Job summary

ZF Group is seeking a Reporting Unit Controller to support controlling, cost accounting, reporting and business performance analysis. You will collaborate with Corporate Controlling, functional leads, and local finance teams to drive financial transparency.

The role involves coordinating internal cost accounting, implementing billing concepts, and supporting global Corporate Controlling requirements in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work model offered and multinational team context.

Qualifications

• Completed business studies with a focus on controlling / finance.
• Very good command of spoken and written English.
• Experience in the commercial area as well as SAP knowledge (SAP-CO and FI) as well as SAP BW - would be favorable.
• Good knowledge of MS-Excel.
• Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
• Interested in new challenges.
• Flexibility to work in fast-paced and deadline driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the integrated controlling process in planning, reporting, analysis and measures within Reporting Unit
• Coordination of the internal cost accounting at the site
• Support for corporate functions and service centers to ensure correct mapping in the cost accounting systems
• Implementation of billing concepts and intercompany charging model
• Contribuiting to global Corporate Controling requirements, being an interface to Funcional leads, Local Finance etc.
• Support divisional processes, data collection and interpretation of business performance
