Job summary

ZF Group in Poland seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead controlling activities within the Sales Domain and Business Center, supporting monthly close, forecast and budgeting with data‑driven insights.

You will coordinate planning across cost, headcount, revenue and investments, build rolling forecasts, and deliver tailored reporting to domain leadership. Fluency in English and strong SAP/BW knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in controlling, FP&A or business partnering.
• Ability to interpret financial data and present insights clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage across functions.
• Experience with SAP S/4, SAP BW and SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office is preferred.

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for controlling activities related to the Sales Domain and Business Center Function, including the preparation and support for the monthly closing, forecast and budgeting process.

• Ensure structural accuracy and data consistency in reporting systems (e.g., FACT, SAP BW, ZP1), acting as a key contact for system governance.
• Coordinate organizational changes and structural updates within the domain and business center, ensuring compliance with internal standards and operational continuity.

Your profile as Senior Financial Analyst:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, with a strong foundation in controlling and financial management.
• Minimum of 6 years in a controlling, financial planning or business partnering role, ideally within a complex organizational structure.
• Proven ability to interpret financial data, generate meaningful insights and present findings in a clear and structured way to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently across functions and levels, fostering alignment and shared understanding.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4, SAP BW, and ideally SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office; comfortable working with large datasets and planning tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to understand the broader business context and contribute to strategic discussions with a commercial mindset.
