Job summary

Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o is seeking a Repair Quality Engineer to own and manage quality aspects across repair operations. You will work with global quality teams and collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Service teams to ensure quality throughout the repair process.

The role focuses on improving repair centers in Germany and Poland for LMR and Video product lines, applying 8D and data-driven improvements to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality, supply chain, manufacturing, or repair operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient with quality tools (8D, DFMEA, CPK). Certification in quality assurance or Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate detailed quality plans to define goals for the project and customer expectations.
• Lead cross-functional activities to address qualification and quality events using 8D methodology.
• Drive resolution of complex problems and customer complaints using JIRA and 8D methodology.
• Champion design and manufacturing improvements based on return data analysis to improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop, maintain, and report product quality KPIs to meet stated goals and objectives.
• Present quality performance results to senior leadership in Supply Chain and Design Engineering.
• Manage quality performance of all EMEA repair centers by monitoring KPIs and initiating corrective actions when needed.
