invites a Quality Engineer - Failure Analysis to join the newly established Prevention, Failure Analysis & QM-System team in the Quality Department at Jawor. You will independently analyze complex product and process issues, initiate corrective actions, coordinate with production, engineering, and development, and drive actions to completion with measurable effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Automotive Technology or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in cross-departmental and cross-plant collaboration.
• Fluent in English; German would be an advantage.
• Experience with Mercedes-Benz or other automotive products and processes.
• Knowledge of quality management tools.
• Analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking.
• Independent, goal-oriented, results-driven work style.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct complex analyses on product and process issues.
• Coordinate error handling and information flow with multiple departments.
• Plan, manage, and control projects within your area.
• Participate in quality approvals.
