GuidePoint Security is seeking a Vulnerability Management Engineer (ServiceNow) to design, build, and operate VR and Security Operations workflows for client exposure management. You will integrate scanners and threat intel, implement asset-context prioritization, and drive remediation across client environments.

Remote role supporting the Mid-Atlantic Exposure Management practice, focusing on ServiceNow VR engineering, ITOM/CMDB, and automation to improve remediation timelines and risk posture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2+ years of ServiceNow Security Operations and CMDB implementation/integration.
• Experience configuring VR and Security Operations, including Flow Designer and workflows.
• Experience with integrating scanners and security tools (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Defender, CrowdStrike) via APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and support ServiceNow VR to manage end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle.
• Build and maintain remediation workflows, groups, and calculators in ServiceNow.
• Configure risk scoring and prioritization models using CVSS, threat intel, and asset criticality.
• Manage ServiceNow Security Operations suite including SIR and compliance dashboards.
• Automate reporting, ticketing, and remediation tracking to reduce noise.
