Job summary

LTM is seeking a Voice Support in Network Operations to manage VoIP contact center systems across AMER, EMEA and APAC. The role is remote with occasional travel, a 12‑month contract (extension possible), and is offered on a B2B or subcontract basis.

Required are 5–7 years of relevant experience and English language proficiency; salary up to 160 PLN per hour. Location: Warsaw or Krakow, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead VoIP contact center collaboration systems across AMER, EMEA and APAC.
• Oversee ServiceNow for Telecommunications and Unified Communications teams.
• Manage invoices, budget optimization and KPI/quality reporting.
