Responsibilities
  • Implementation and maintenance of Unified Communications and Call/Contact center telecommunications systems
  • Remote / onsite implementation of telecommunications projects for customers in Poland and the EMEA region
  • Pre-sales technical support for the internal sales department
  • Maintaining direct contact and technical assistance to the company's clients
  • Business trips up to 10 percent of working time
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field generally preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the B2B telecommunications industry on the Polish or international market
  • Advanced knowledge of Avaya and / or Mitel CC and UC solutions
  • Advanced IT and telecommunications technical background with focus on VOIP, SIP and other communication protocols
  • Knowledge of virtualization (VMWare) and Cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP)
  • Independence in solving technical problems and analytical skills
  • Ability to work on many projects of various scope and scale
  • Required experience in working with an external: Polish and international customers
  • Practical knowledge of English (additional languages present will be an advantage)
  • Experience in field-services work required
  • Category B driving license
