Virtual Colleague seeks a versatile virtual assistant to manage our UK surveying platform’s website and marketplace. You will handle WordPress content, partner profiles, and CRM data, while supporting social media and podcast workflows. This role offers remote, flexible hours and growth as workload increases.

You will edit content for public posts, schedule UK-time posts, and collaborate with team members on content guidelines. Prior experience with startups or online communities is a plus.

Formación

• Strong proficiency in WordPress, drag‑and‑drop website editors, and CMS platforms.
• Excellent written English skills for content editing and proofreading.
• Able to follow processes, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Experience supporting startups or online communities is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Surveys UK website (WordPress) and marketplace (drag‑and‑drop editor).
• Review and approve partner profiles and keep content accurate and SEO‑friendly.
• Liaise with marketplace partners, troubleshoot, and maintain CRM data (Capsule).
• Edit social posts for grammar and tone; schedule content to UK times (7:00 AM weekdays).
• Assist with podcast publishing (Buzzsprout) and show notes; provide admin support across the business.
