Job summary

Virtual Colleague is seeking a creative and proactive General Virtual Assistant to support a client in managing social media presence, lead generation, and email communication. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to enhance engagement and visibility across platforms.

As a GVA, you will build the client's online presence, identify and reach out to potential clients, manage communications, and assist with content creation and coordination tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or Lead Generation Specialist.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and growing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
• Develop and schedule engaging content, including graphics and short videos.
• Handle community engagement, messages, and comments; draft outreach messages.
• Support outreach campaigns and keep prospect lists organized.
• Assist with basic video creation/SEO-oriented content and coordination tasks.
