ScholarshipOwl is seeking an analytical, hands-on Traffic Team Lead to scale user acquisition across paid PPC and Affiliate channels. In a player-coach role, you will manage and coach a dedicated team while staying deeply involved in campaign mechanics, tracking architecture, and partner economics.

You will elevate profitability, scalability, and predictability of multi-channel traffic, diagnose attribution leaks, catch fraud, and mentor high-output teams in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional performance marketing / user acquisition experience.
• At least 1+ year in a hands-on PPC role and 1+ year in hands-on affiliate management.
• 1+ year managing or leading a growth/traffic team.

Responsabilités

• Act as a hands-on player-coach, mentoring the Affiliate and PPC team while setting KPIs, testing roadmaps, and accountability standards.
• Conduct structured performance reviews with each team member and ensure clear ownership of priorities.
• Update stakeholders on performance, risks, opportunities, and projection changes.
• Manage and allocate multi-channel acquisition budgets across PPC and Affiliate networks based on CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Guide daily execution from PPC bidding to affiliate deals and scaling new sources.
• Own the math behind CAC, conversion rates, payback periods, and provide weekly forecasts.
• Maintain attribution accuracy and aggressively eliminate click fraud and budget waste.
