Job summary

Partner Company in Poland is seeking a Traffic (User Acquisition) Team Lead for a fully remote role. You will guide multi-channel growth across paid search and affiliate marketing, while mentoring PPC and Affiliate Managers, optimizing budgets, and driving measurable business impact.

You will leverage analytics to improve attribution, identify quality traffic issues, and explore new acquisition opportunities with a globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• At least one year hands-on PPC management and one year in affiliate management.
• Experience leading a growth or traffic team is required.
• Strong budget planning and data-driven investment decisions.
• Solid understanding of CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and payback periods.
• Remote collaboration across distributed teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach PPC and Affiliate Managers; set KPIs and testing roadmaps.
• Own acquisition strategy across PPC and affiliate channels; manage budgets.
• Oversee PPC campaigns: bidding, structure, targeting, testing, optimization.
• Develop affiliate partnerships; negotiate terms and diversify traffic sources.
• Identify new growth channels and assess profitability and scalability.
• Monitor funnel metrics, CAC, CPA, ROAS, and forecast weekly performance.
• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across GA4, Mixpanel, and partners.
