Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, field marketing, tech sales, account management
• or a technical, customer-facing role within a global technology or consulting environment
• Full fluency in both Polish and English (written and spoken) is required
• Strong ownership, focus, and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving ("Care, Notice, Act")
• Demonstrated track record of delivering results, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced environment
• Openness to alternative talent attraction strategies, non-traditional candidate profiles, and evolving team operating models

Responsibilities

• Build & Execute Talent Strategy: Tailor talent attraction and candidate pipeline strategy for the Services division across Poland.
• Deliver Early Hiring Impact: Serve as the primary University Recruiter on critical focus areas in Poland.
• Partner with Hiring Managers: Build strategic relationships with regional hiring managers and global stakeholders.
• Drive Speed & Operational Excellence: Calibrate top-of-funnel strategies, streamline interview processes, and reduce time-to-hire while preserving quality.
• Elevate Employer Brand: Strengthen Veeva’s brand presence in Poland for services, technical, and consulting talent.
